Charge your cell phone with sun power

I just charged my android power sucking phone by using my solar battery charger with a usb connection to my phone. The charge was quick and it gives me another source of off the grid power capability just in case.

Spring is coming and the sun is shifting

I have been playing with my solar panels and it sure does seem that as spring comes my panels are generating more and more power. In Kansas Kansas City Power and Light raised all heat pump all electric users by 26%! My bill in January went from $200.00 to $450.00! It does not take a genius to be able to start to cost justify alternative energy. I know I am looking very hard at it now.
