Team Germany Claims Second Solar Decathlon Win

Szydlowski - For the second time in a row, the German team won the Solar Decathlon, a competition to build energy efficient homes that use solar power, in part because the house produced more energy than it needed and was able to sell the surplus to the electric grid. Teams from Illinois and California finished second and third.
